He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Gwen Revell and Laura Jones Revell; and his siblings, Doyle Revell, Al Revell, James Revell and Jessie Revell Hewitt.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Alan Maples of Tuscaloosa, Alex Maples of Tuscaloosa, Jennifer Maples Henson (Chris) of Pensacola, FL and Scott Watkins (Laura) of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
