Frederick (Grand Island, Florida), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 5, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Emily; his children, Cheryl Kulikowski (Edmund) of Birdsboro, Margaret Frederick of Philadelphia, William Frederick Jr. (Dawn) of Norristown, Michael Frederick of Villas and Raymond Frederick of Villas; his stepson Joseph Gebauer of Philadelphia; and his sister Barbara Bogert. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
