He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Clark. He is survived by: his wife Sheralyn Clark; his daughters, Emily Brown (Christopher) and Kelly Clark; and his grandchildren, C. J. Pitts, Courtney Clark, Jacob Clark, Caylee Whales, Maria Barraza, Hannah Clark and Paiton Jarrells. He is also survived by 10 brothers and sisters.
