She is survived by: her children, Roy Fowler (Jean), Ray Fowler (Deborah Ann), Ronald Fowler, Rex Fowler (Karlie), Retha Upchurch (Dalton) and Ricky Fowler; her siblings, Moody Boutwell, Don Boutwell and Billie Jewel Overstreet; and her grandchild Sixteen. She is also survived by Sixteen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
