She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Lee Hayes, Sr. and Ollie V. Hayes; her siblings, Emma Pearl Penny, Edna Mae Hayes, Dorothy Gilbert (Elijah) and Milton Charles Hayes; her brother-in-law Samuel Lee Heyward; and her son Dexter Anderson.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Linda Anderson; her siblings, Mamie Hayes, Leola Hayes Heyward, Samuel Lee Hayes (Shirley), Larry Smith (Brenda) and Sonny Williams (Alegria) of Tuscan, AZ; her sister-in-law Suk Hayes; her grandchildren, Tiara Anderson, LeAndre Anderson, Jamaal Anderson and Genesis Anderson; her great grandchild Nylah Anderson; her godson Milton Franklin; and her caregiver Michelle Hogans. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
