She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Logan and Mildred Ruth Logan. She is survived by: her husband Rex Fowler; her children, Jason Fowler, Justin Fowler and Ashley Fowler; her grandchildren, Sierra, Joshua, Alice and Samantha; and her sister Rebecca Hogue. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
