He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Best and Francis Harper Best; his wife Elner Best; his brother Mack Best; his children, Michael Best, Robyn Best and Kerry Best; his grandchildren, Jayde Best Pepper (Boyd) and Anders Best Pybus; and his great grandchildren, Janie Pepper and Jeddy Pepper.
He is survived by: his brother Frederick Best.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ward Wilson Funeral Chapel (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Best Family Cemetery (2487 Co Rd 75, Pansey, AL 36370).
