He is survived by: his sister Rebecca "Becky" Reeves Cooley; his nephews, Ronald James Roland and Robert Justin Cooley (Meagan); his niece Ashlee Cooley Whale (Mitchell); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter Roland, Ciara Roland, Braden Whale, Taylor Whale, Bryer Cooley and Raylin Cooley; and his pet Cricket.
