He is survived by: his wife Billie June Kirkland Spears; his daughters, Ronda Spears Register (Randy) and Connie Spears Balkcom (Jerry); his son-in-law Manuel Lopez; his grandchildren, Shannon Spears Tapia (Mike), David Brent Spears, Kelsey Spears, Diego Lopez, Ana Lopez, Michelle Watson Baber (Michael), Cody Register Tillery (Steven), David Benjamin Balkcom (Brittany) and Sarah Balkcom Garris (Chase); his great grandchildren, Madison Tapia, David Baber, Dean Baber, Sarah Tillery, Andre Tillery, Colton Balkcom, Madelyn Balkcom, Finley Balkcom, Everett Garris, Laurel June Garris, Ivy Garris and Jett Garris; his siblings, Mary Spears Wagner (Tom), Danny Spears (Merlene), Martha Spears Cook (Don) and Donna Phillips (Charles); and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Kirkland Spears, Edith Spears and Nola Spears. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
