He is survived by: his daughters, Margaret Pinson (Tommy) of Tallahassee, Debra Downing (Ron) of Marianna, Peggy Miller of Graceville, Tammie Pitts (Broward) of Clarksville and Kim Skipper of Clarksville, Virginia; his grandchildren, Chris Phillips, Susan Ortiz, John Adkins, Marcia Adkins, Sabrina Wynn, Elijah Kitchen, Kayla Pitts, Laken Harris, Grayson Skipper, Isabella Skipper, Josefina Skipper and Angelina Skipper; his great grandchildren, Ariele Phillips of Blaine Phillips, AI, Alexa Phillips, Joseph Oritz, River Adkins, Jada Kitchen, Easton Pitts, Ranzlie Harris, Koldyn Harris and Weston Skipper; the mother of his children Annie Buchanan of Tallahassee; and his brothers, Oscar Buchanan, Jr. of Chipley and Tim Buchanan of Steel Field. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
