He is survived by: his sons, Richard Mowell and James Mowell; his siblings, James D. (Sylvia Mowell), Fern White, June Robinson and Don (Antje Mowell); his sister-in-law Virginia Mowell; and his cousins, Dan and Linda Trotman. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, grandchildren, step grandchildren, great-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
