He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Rafter of Graceville, FL, Albert Rafter of Brasher Falls, Randy Rafter of Brasher, Clifford Rafter of Massena, Millie (Benny Deon), Linda DeShane of Brasher Falls and Susan (Timothy Martin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
