It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Richard Penzien (Gotha, Florida), who passed away on November 30, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Nancy B. Sims; his children, Carolyn Paxton (Bob Paxton) and Jim Penzien (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Paxton (Emily), Alysia Weidner (Mark), Gregory Paxton (Stephanie), Kimberly Paxton, Kara Patton and Olivia Farr.

In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.
