He was predeceased by: his father Charles Hofmann. He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Ashley (Pablo Midence) and Shannon (J. W. Bulger); his grandchildren, Abby Midence and Luke Midence; his siblings, Charles Hofmann and Phyllis Robinson; and his mother Barbara Hofmann.
