He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Orlansky (Herb), Mark Lichtenstein (Jackie), Jerri Johnson (Seth) and David Lichtenstein; and his grandchildren, Alex, Todd, Abby, Stephanie, Sabrina, Kyle and Ryan.
