She is survived by: her children, Keith Hornyak (Janice) and Valerie Bennett; her sister-in-law Donna Hornyak; her grandchildren, Brandon Hornyak (Kelly), Lindsey Hornyak, Erika Bennett and Sara Corder (Joshua); and her great grandchild Kate Lilly.
