She was predeceased by: her parents, Gideon Fowler (G. H.) and Pansy Fowler; her husband Jim; and her siblings, Gerry Fowler (Gerald) and Frieda Bartlett.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Chavis, Letha Chavis and Greta Collins; her grandchildren, Ashley Elkins, Candice Collins and Mitchell Collins; and also Catherine Morrill. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
