It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joel Z. Cooper (Gotha, Florida), born in Enterprise, Alabama, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Cooper and Mary Cooper (Mayo); his sons, Lee and Tony Cooper; his grandson Joel C. Cooper; and his siblings, Harold Cooper, Gaston Cooper, Michael Cooper, Monte Cooper, Frances Stephson and Jean Wolf.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Cooper; his children, Brenda Sanchez, Sherrie Hart (Gary), Mike Adams, Melissa Hicks (Dave) and Michele Johnson (Mike); his grandchildren, Daniel Holton, Trent Hicks, Ryan Hicks and Brook Hicks; and his brother Tim Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
