He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elaine Grimes of Davenport, Florida.; his mother Lolita Grimes; his brother Richard Grimes (Sandy); his children, George Grimes (Sara), Julie Mumfrey (Doug) and Heather Guerra (Mario); his stepson Brian Hoover (Kristin); his grandchildren, Nate Guerra, Sam Guerra, Miles Mumfrey, Luke Mumfrey, Jack Grimes, Van Grimes, Ava Hoover and Caitlyn Hoover; his grandparents, George, Emma Grimes, V. C. and Jennie Barber of Big Spring, Texas.; his father Richard S. Grimes; his siblings, Robb S. Grimes of Katy and Virginia Lynn Grimes; his nephew Jared A. Grimes; and his great-niece Abigale Grace Collis of Rowlett, Texas.. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
