We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2022, at the age of 86, Desmond Edwards Sr. (Gotha, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ivy Ashmeade and Aubrey Edwards; his wife Flora; his daughter Pauline (Desmond Jr.); his siblings, Delma Ashemeade, Stephney Edwards and Noel Edwards; and his daughter Karen. He was also cherished by nieces/nephews, enormous amount of friends.

During that time Pauline Edwards was born & from there they moved to New York City in 1970 where he found work at the American Foundation For The Blind for multiple years.
