He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Morgan and Lottie Morgan; and his brother Nicky Morgan. He is survived by: his son Charles "Ryan" Morgan; his grandchildren, Nathan Morgan and Xander Morgan; his children, Bradley Morgan and Sarah Atwood; his grandchild Madison Atwood; his girlfriend Victoria Wartski; and also, Barbara Schwin and Earl "Bussy" Morgan. He is also survived by his three children, three grandchildren, and two siblings.

Even when the COVID-19 pandemic shut down Sunday service, Chuck would head to the park and watch the service on his phone.
