He is survived by: his significant other Bonnie Karp; his daughter Ann Marie Czuchaj Bishop (Brian); his siblings, Ronald Anthony Czuchaj and Joyce Ann Taavola; his nieces, Christy Birchfield and Christy Sterner (Johnson); and his grandson Shane Ethan Bishop.
