He is survived by: his wife Betty Gay Waters; his children, Aaron and Ammon Waters; his grandchildren, Abra, Ayla, Spencer, Nelson, Brittany, Victoria and Brandon Waters; and his brothers, Henry and William Waters.

He had a passion for woodworking, airplane/ auto mechanics and charity work.
