He is survived by: his mother Ila Beatrice Scott Floyd of Macclenny, FL; his wife Wanda Shirley Floyd of Glen St; his children, Steven Dale Floyd, Jr. (Lara-Leigh), April Sue Scott (Trey) of Macclenny, FL and Matthew Vernon Floyd of Jacksonville, FL; his brothers, Wayne Floyd of Bryceville, FL, Davey Floyd (Donna) of Glen St and Allen Floyd of Macclenny, FL; and his grandchildren, Torah, Tiara, Gavin, Seth and Faith.
