He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kowalczk and Julia Wakiewicz Kowalczk; and his wife Donna Thompson Kowalczk. He is survived by: his children, Ron Kowalczk (Danise), Tom Kowalczk (Gail), John Kowalczk (Rosanne) and Julie Day (David); and his close friends, Enid Yarbrough, Tara Holman and Glen St. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren.
