She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris A. Crews and Mamie Anderson Crews; her siblings, Tommy Crews, Irma Jean Anderson and Sarah Lilian Burnsed; her husband Francis Eugene "Gene" Lyons; and her children, Kevin, Dale Crawford and Roberta Lyons.

She is survived by: her children, John Crawford of Glen St, Craig Crawford (Vickie) of Glen St, Oral E. Lyons (Diane) of Glen St, Joan Marie Sapp (Rocky) of Sanderson, FL and Anita Karen McGinnis (Terry) of Atlanta, GA; and her sister Mary Lee Chessman of Glen St. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
