He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Forbes, Sr. (Stevens) and Henry Mae Forbes, Sr.; his nephew Ryan Forehand; and his mother-in-law Sandi Ross. He is survived by: his son Hawke M. T. Forbes (Brittnee Milton) of Macclenny; his sister Denise Forehand (Kimmie Carman) of Tallahassee; his godmother Donna Hicks of Jacksonville; his daughters, Amy Hume-Frye (A. J.) of Monticello and Jillian Brimer of Macon, Georgia; and his pet Gypsy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
