He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Toney and Ruby Love MacQuire Toney; his wife Claudia "Jean" Rhoden Toney; and his siblings, Royce Toney, John Franklin Toney, Robert Douglas Toney, Virginia Romines, Maxine Herndon, Carolyn Dunaway, Tommie Jean Ratliff and Louise Bowen.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Toney (Cherie) of Glen St and Michael Toney of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
