He was predeceased by: his parents, George Forrest and Annie Elizabeth Mills (King); his wife Lucille Mills (Palmer); his children, James Mills, Mike Mills and Marsha Patrick (Mills); and his brother Eddie Mills.
He is survived by: his sons, George C. Mills (Mary) of Boca Raton, Gerald Mills (Fran) of New Hampshire, Donnie Mills (Mary) of Lake City and John Mills (Alma) of Glen St; his sister Irene Swigett of California; and his grandsons, George Mills III, Christopher Mills, Jay Mills and Jeff Mills. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
