She was predeceased by: her father James Maurice Haddock; her husband Melvin Warren Thompson; her siblings, James Edward Haddock, Vivian H. Carver and Amanda H. Armstrong; her granddaughter Emily Ruth Thompson; her mother-in-law Bettie Corbett Thompson; and her half-siblings, Maurice Eugene Haddock, Cora H. Clark and Marie Pickett Clark.
She is survived by: her sons, Warren Otis Thompson (Carole) of Ocala, FL, Neil E. Thompson of Atlanta, GA, Kenneth W. Thompson (Debra) and Glen St; her sisters, Louise H. Lee and Julia H. Burden; her granddaughters, Brooke Thompson Kimmig (Jacob) of Ocala, FL and Brianna Thompson Culbertson of Los Angeles, CA; and her great grandchild Elsie Blair Kimmig. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
