He was predeceased by: his parents, C. L. Parker and Emma Wilson; and his siblings, Milton Parker and Patrcia Owens. He is survived by: his close friend Doris Holmes; his children, Harvey Parker (Jennifer) and Beth Parker (Joel Hope); his siblings, Robert Parker (Gail) and Elizabeth Conley (Allan Collins); and his grandchildren, Eli Munoz and Reagan Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the church.
