He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Lee Wilson, Sr. and Blanchie D. Wilson; and his sister Mildred R. Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Owen Lee Wilson, III of Gibsonton, FL, Daniel John Wilson of Opelousas and Rachel Kaye Wilson (Chris Ortego) of Port Barre; his grandchildren, Dore Wilson and Karson Wilson of Port Barre, Louisiana; his sisters, Evelyn Taylor (Burle) of Fort Myers, Alice Stephens (Jack) of Riverview, JoAnn Dixon (Jimmy) of Georgetown, Georgia and Rachel Wilson of Lakeland, Florida; his former wife Sue Wilson of Gibsonton; and his stepsons, Michael Johns of Gibsonton, Bruce Talley (Catherine) of Plant City and Joe Talley (Amanda) of Plant City, Florida. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren and six step-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
