He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Case (Chuck) and Helen Case; and his brother Duane Case (Wayne). He is survived by: his wife Jane Case; his daughters, Becky Case (Tommy Glisson) and Stephanie Shreves (Nick Shreves); his brother Harold Case (Debbie Case); and his children, Destiny, Dalton, Devin, Julia and Sophia. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
