He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty; his children, Stephen L. Williams (Angie), Michael C. Williams and Jennifer Cartwright; his sister Shirley Bonard; his half-sister Linda Hansen; his brothers, Doyle Williams and Terry Williams; and his son David Allen. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
