He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Jarboe and Mary Jarboe (Sturgeon); his brothers, Cletus Jarboe, Charles Jarboe and William Jarboe (Vietnam); and his brother-in-law Edwin Black.
He is survived by: his wife Kyle Jean; his children, Thomas Jarboe Jr. (Nicole), Robert Jarboe (Jessica) and Candice Chavez (Merced); his stepchildren, Charles Grogan (Rachel), Regina Zike (Paul), Steven Grogan and Rebecca Mejia (Gabe); his sister Frieda Black; his siblings-in-law, Sally Jarboe and Phillip Paulson; his cousin Marilyn Funke; and also, Denise and John Mack. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
