We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Phillip Brent Carter of Geneva, Florida, born in Sharpsville, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, W. Dean Carter and Evelyn Carter. He was also cherished by his wife, brother, six children and 13 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to charity in Phil's memory.
