West; her children, Lyssa Urban and Scott Urban (Lisa); her sisters, Sheila Pugh and Ramona Menendez; her grandchildren, Nick Hill, Chelsea Fundora, Cory Hill (April), Jena Hill, Crystal Urban (David Yovaish), Madison Urban (Zach Giamatt) and Emily Urban; her great grandchildren, Julian, Colt, Lola, Aubrey and Braelyn; her nephews, David and Craig; and her niece Kristi.
