He was predeceased by: his wife Dorris Symons Carroll. He is survived by: his children, Helen Preus (Paul), William "Bill" Carroll (Marsha) of Gilbert, SC, Walter Carroll (Brenda) of Quitman, GA, David Carroll Vidalia (Jane) and Marty Null (Eilleen) of Madison, FL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
