Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Prestonsburg (234 S Lake Dr, Prestonsburg, KY 41653). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
