He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Alleman and Richard Emery Ajax; and his grandson Spencer Ajax. He is survived by: his wife Retha; his children, Rachel McArthur (Chris), Rebecca Muller, Amy Naisbitt (Steven), Joseph Ajax (Whitney), Mary Meinsma (Hans) and Sabrina Ajax; and his sister Susan Struve (Ken). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren.
