He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen S Holyoak and Grace Matheson Holyoak; and his sisters, Glenna Orton and Adele Evans. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Hurdman (Adam) and Lori Henderson (Dave); his grandsons, Bailey Henderson (Courtney), Briggs Henderson (Annie) and Brock Henderson; his great grandchild Bentley Henderson; his siblings, Val Holyoak and Winon Hall (Michael); and his uncle O's. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would encourage contributions to the Dr. Owen J. Holyoak Endowed Scholarship, University of Florida College of Health and Human Performance.
