He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Francis McDonough and Maria Dolores Fazzolari. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie McDonough of Gainesville, FL; and his daughters, Ashley Rodriguez (Douglas Rodriguez) and Shannon Knox (Lee Knox). He is also survived by one sibling, nephews, cousins, and many loving friends.
