She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Ruth Douglas of Lake Butler; her stepfather James Ash; her siblings, Charlotte Johns (Jerry) of Macclenny and Walter "Bo" Douglas, Jr. (Kathy) of Fort White; her nephews, Kelvin Johns (Amber) of Glen St and Kamron Johns of Macclenny; and her caregivers, Melissa Williams, Theresa Gaither and Liyah Liyah.
