It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katharine Elizabeth Engel in Gainesville, Florida, who passed away on October 13, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Hendryx (Mitchell) and Gaylord Engel (Jimmy); her stepmother Jeri Engel; and her sister Angie Engel. She is survived by: her fiancé Mike Sakal; her children, Joshua Arellano and Bettina Arellano; her grandsons, Izaiah and Kaycen; her stepfather Don Hendryx; and her siblings, Dee Foster (Ash), Rose Eaves (Tom), Dawn Hendryx and Jim Engel (Stephanie). She is also survived by many nieces/nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home Chapel (1320 Big Horn Ave, Worland, WY 82401).
