Though Jane may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jane touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her mother Pansy. She is survived by: her husband James; and her children, Dawn (Jake Allman), Jeff (Dede Kimbrough) and Jay (Kasey Kimbrough). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.

A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Forest Meadows Cemetery (West) (700 NW 143rd St, Newberry, FL 32669). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Northwest Baptist Church (5514 NW 23rd Ave, Gainesville, FL 32609).

“The first encounter with Ms. Jane was our first visit to Northwest where our young son got sick prior to the sermon. She followed us out to our car with a towel telling us to not let that prevent us from coming back to the church. She was always showing up where she was needed the most. She will definitely be missed!”
