He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard and Ruth (Johnson). He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Stevenson (James) of Austin, TX; his sister Faye Stewart of Robbins; his nieces, Lynn Rabon Patton (Douglas) of Spartanburg and Gayle Kozinski (Jason) of Keystone Heights, Florida.; his grandchildren, Bryan, Stephen, Sarah and James Robert; and the mother of his child Rosa Maria Ramos of El Paso, Texas.. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; three great nieces, one great nephew.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Inc. (301 W Main St, Benson, NC 27504). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Roselawn Cemetery (605 N Wall St, Benson, NC 27504).
