Emily Sabah-Maren Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 90, Emily Sabah-Maren of Gainesville, Florida, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Antonia and Charles Sabah; and her son Christopher Azar. She is survived by: her daughters, Leila Azar Neel and Catherine Azar; her grandchildren, Antonia, Malcolm Neel, Madelaine Azar, Chad and Scott Trausch; her great grandchild Rosie Hoo-Trausch; her children-in-law, Jack Neel, Julie Trausch-Azar and Jana Leal; and her grandchildren, Henry Beggs and Stephanie Hoo.
