She is survived by: her parent Lula Danzy; her children, Jacquelyn Hart, Tommie Johnson, Anita Galloway and David Johnson of Jacksonville, FL; her daughter-in-law Karen Johnson of San Diego, CA; her sister Lottie Lewis of Gainesville, FL; her significant other Roger Penny; and her grandchildren, Brigette Hart Sams, Katashana Duncan, Jaime Hart, Scheronda Parker-Lewis, Crystal Biggers, Travis Johnson, Edward Andre Johnson, David Johnson Jr, Cornelius Johnson, Jessica Johnson and Christopher Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
