He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Cecil "Smitty" Smith and Betty Queen (Doyle). He is survived by: his wife Teri Smith; his siblings, Mike "Raul" Smith, Bob Turner, Debby Carstensen and Theresa Holloway; and his niece Nicole Carstensen.
