He was predeceased by: his father William Carlos Kelly; his wife Myrtle; his children, William Wayne Kelly and Donna Kelly Kizer; and his great grandchild C. J. Cromwell.
He is survived by: his children-in-law, Ernie Kizer of Lakeland and Georgianne Kelly of Gainesville; and his brothers-in-law, Russell Avera (Judy) of Fruitland Park and Jack Brewer of Huntersville. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
